Director of Operations
Are you a passionate medical operations professional who loves to lead teams to provide excellent patient care and experiences Would you appreciate the opportunity to create structure and implement positive changes to improve operational inefficiencies and overall work culture This genuine collaborative reproductive medicine clinic is seeking a proactive empathetic Operations Director. In this role you will oversee the daily operations of professional & support staff at the main office and two satellite offices. You will enforce policies & procedures provide oversight for practice expenditures and set up and maintain office workflows including performance management staffing patient flow and compliance. This is a fulltime permanent position based onsite in Jacksonville Florida.
Requirements
Must Haves
- 5 years spent managing company operations and employee morale and culture for a medical practice
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in professional fee billing reimbursement thirdparty payer regulation and medical terminology
- Proven understanding and experience with medical coding (e.g. Current Procedural Technology CPT Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System HCPC)
- Background building processes and operational procedures for a privatelyowned medical practice; handson experience managing a team through change and simultaneously implementing new processes
- Track record of being an effective coach mentor trainer and people leader to all medical practice team members; adept at conflict resolution and providing constructive feedback to team members
- Proactive communication style with tremendous active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly spot errors
NicetoHaves
- Master s degree (MBA or MHA)
- 2 years of women s healthcare experience strongly preferred
