We are hiring a Director of Nursing in a Private Nursing Home in Cork Ireland.
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of exceptional resident care by implementing a personcentered approach.
- Manage and inspire a team of dedicated individuals to reach their full potential.
- Conduct internal audits and provide reports on home Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate the initial induction of staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and ensure compliance with Company and HIQA standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Nursing Management position in Care of the elderly (within the last 6 years).
- Postregistration management qualification (QQI Level 6 minimum)
- Currently registered with NMBI
- Proven track record of clinical leadership and people skills
- Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards regulations and the HEALTH ACT 2007
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
- Proven track record in decisionmaking ability
- Qualification in Gerontology is desirable
