Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing social media brand management SEO content marketing and email marketing.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals with a strong focus on team development and fostering a positive work environment. This includes delegating tasks effectively providing ongoing coaching and mentorship and resolving conflicts constructively.
Develop and execute datadriven social media campaigns that drive engagement brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and analyze social media performance metrics using insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Oversee SEO efforts including keyword research onpage optimization and link building.
Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that attracts and engages our target audience.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales design and content creation to ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned.
Qualifications:
46 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or exhibition background with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Indepth knowledge of social media marketing including best practices for content creation community management and paid advertising.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with content marketing strategy and development.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track measure and report on campaign performance.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust delegate effectively and motivate a team.
A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
