- Forming positive relationships when dealing with all customers, preserving work etiquette in a professional and friendly manner, and making customer satisfaction a priority.
- Using knowledge in order to register and solve subscribers’ problems, by referring to the information sources and the mechanism for implementing the services on which employees are trained, as well as evaluating any defect that has not yet been corrected.
- Successful completion of the required activities in order to support the service delivery process, comply with privacy requirements, and comply with labor laws to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of information with integrity so that information remains not leaked.
