Role Overview:

As the IT Manager for Information Security you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with our banks risk appetite. This role is pivotal in managing cyber risks ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to secure the banks digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a divisional information security roadmap in collaboration with the IT Network Manager ensuring alignment with the banks risk appetite.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage cybersecurity risks by assessing system vulnerabilities establishing a vendor risk management process and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders defining clear frameworks for information security roles responsibilities and data protection.
• Compliance and Regulation: Lead security assessments and audits in compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) standards respond to security incidents promptly and implement corrective measures to prevent future breaches.
• Policy Development: Establish and maintain information security policies standards and guidelines ensuring the bank stays ahead of security trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to work at Pasig Cty or Cavite City Philippines.
• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security Management preferably with a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs and a solid understanding of network security IT regulatory compliance and BSP security protocols.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and negotiate effectively with a strategic focus and strong business acumen.
