Summary

An amazing opportunity for you to join a proper, award winning, mid-sized ad-agency in the centre of London as a Digital Account Manager in the Client Planning Team.

The Role

You will be a member of one of our Client Planning Teams which is made up of 12 incredibly talented individuals. This team looks after clients across a variety of sectors; travel, charity, food delivery service, finance & hospitality.

Your role will be working on our new business win which has an annual budget of 50m+ and big ambitions to grow their brand and their customer base. They are a large charitable giving organisation so we are proud to be helping them on this mission, alongside the amazing work we do with our own Foundation.

Your responsibilities will broadly consist of developing digital strategies and plans, client management, and working closely with the Activation team on media plan execution, KPI setting & reporting.

You will also be part of the wider 100+ person Planning Team who share a passion for comms planning and meet on a monthly basis to inspire each other through sharing interesting media thought-leadership, celebrating brilliant work across the agency, and taking part in workshops.

Requirements

  • A passion for planning with a solid understanding of the digital media landscape and all digital media channels and how these work together

  • You will be well versed in taking briefs from, and presenting back to clients managing your own and your team s time and expectations in the process

  • With the support of the Planning & Digital Planning Lead you will brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client s business challenge

  • Ensure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycle & that specialists are focused on delivering against target KPIs

  • Lead status calls, PCAs and own sections of response to brief meetings

  • We are looking for someone who is responsive and has excellent attention to detail

  • Knowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Telmar, Brand Index and TGi
