As a DevOps Engineer (Atlassian) you will:

• Be responsible for the administration configuration and ongoing management of the Atlassian application stack primarily focusing on JIRA and Bitbucket within both server and cloudbased environments.
  
• Install manage and optimize JIRA/Bitbucket applications on various platforms including servers containers and Kubernetes clusters.
  
• Design and implement comprehensive project schemes in JIRA from concept to functional operation tailoring workflows custom fields conditions validators and postfunctions to meet project requirements.
  
• Ensure the health and performance of applications by monitoring server health taking preventive actions and executing upgrades to core applications such as JIRA and Bitbucket servers.
  
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible contributing to the CI/CD pipeline with your expertise in DevOps toolsets.
  
• Work within Agile frameworks promoting Agile methodologies and practices across teams and projects.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10 years of experience in DevOps roles for onsite positions or 58 years for offshore roles with a solid background in managing Atlassian tools.
  
• Proven expertise in the administration of Atlassian applications especially JIRA and Bitbucket with a strong ability to manage users groups repositories and projects within these platforms.
  
• Experienced in automating operations tasks using Ansible and wellversed in CI/CD toolsets with a good understanding of Linux OS and shell scripting.
  
• Proficient in Docker and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters with experience in Azure cloud Terraform and Azure DevOps being a significant advantage.
  
• Familiarity with other Atlassian toolsets like Bamboo and Confluence and a robust understanding of Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with other Atlassian toolsets like Bamboo and Confluence, and a robust understanding of Agile methodologies.
