Responsibilities

Creativity:

• Deliver creativity that Creates Belief meeting JDOs high standards ofcreative excellence
• Cooperate and participate as a member of the team allowing yourselfto be both challenged and inspired as the team strives for the bestsolution
• Bring original thinking to the table concepts that show your thoroughunderstanding of the brief
• Present your work internally with clarity and confidence and be able torelate your design solution directly to the challenges of brief
• Value constructive criticism and be open to feedback that strengthensyour work
• Be organised and diligent applying meticulous attention to detail to allthat you do

Work Ethic:

• Show up on time every time; to start the day to briefings meetings and your own development as a designer
• Be a team player willing to do all that you can to contribute to the success of the project team and agency
• Effectively prioritise and manage your own projects to meet deadlines
• Be proactive signalling when/if youre free
• Be a collaborator with a peripheral vision of the wider agency and how you fit into it

Curiosity:

• Stay ahead of trends and what happening in the design world sharing your intelligence with the JDO team
• Be an active listener during briefings and reviews asking questions whenever you need clarity

Experience Necessary

A portfolio of highquality work that showcases clear thinking original ideas and

strong creativity with one project youve taken from initial concepts to artwork

Initial industry experience as an intern or junior designer

Ambition to work within the creative industry specifically in brand packaging
