Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new ceramic product concepts.
• Create detailed sketches and digital renderings of ceramic designs.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Prototype and refine ceramic designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of ceramic materials for performance and durability.
• Work closely with production teams to oversee the manufacturing process and address designrelated issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and techniques.
• Present design concepts and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with advancements in ceramic technology and design practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Ceramics or a related field/experience.
• Proven experience as a Ceramic Designer or similar role within the ceramics industry.
• Strong understanding of ceramic materials production processes and glazing techniques.
• Excellent artistic and conceptualization skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through sketches renderings and presentations.
• Knowledge of market trends consumer preferences and competitive landscape in the ceramics market.
• Detailoriented approach with a focus on precision and quality in design execution.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Understanding of production constraints and cost implications related to ceramic design.
• Capability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies in the ceramics industry.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus.
