Posi%on: Asst.Mgr / Dy.Mgr/Manger Design / Technical

The person should have B.Tech or B.E. Degree in Mechanical engineering discipline and should

have a minimum 812 Years of experience in Design and detail engineering of storage tanks (API

650) in Oil & Gas Projects. Relevant experience in maintenance of tanks and API 653 pressure

vessels piping knowledge is also preferable.

Mahathi Infra Services is an India based company specialized in execuQon of Turnkey Projects in

Oil and Gas industry. We are looking for experienced project professional posiQons given below.

Salary and bene ts commensurate with quali caQons and experience for the posiQon based at

our Head O ce in Hyderabad.

The following are the requirements to be ful lled by the candidate:

Minimum Experience: 8 12 Years

Loca%on: H.O. at HYDERABAD willing to visit the site locaQon once in a month as and when

required. Industry: Oil & Gas

Exposure: Design and detail engineering of API 650 / API 653 IS : 803 NFPA 16 20 knowledge

in OISD and relevant codes for storage tank construcQon. Knowledge in LPG Terminals

mounded storage bullets double walled storage tank construcQon etc will be of added value.

Job Descrip%on:

Designing & Detail Engineering of Storage tanks Pressure vessels mounded bullets

spheres Package equipment s as per internaQonal & IS standards like API 650 ASME Sec

VIII div 1 & 2 IS 803 IS 2825 and EN standards.

PreparaQon of data sheets Material requisiQon and Technical Bid evaluaQons.

Perform equipment design calculaQons for Storage tanks and Pressure vessels.

Provide input and review of General arrangement drawings and detail drawings.

PreparaQon of MTO and provide material speci caQons for purchase.

Guide and alot the work to junior engineers and jr. designers / draughtsman.

ParQcipate in inter disciplines acQviQes and interact to opQmize designs.

EsQmate total weight of equipment with speci c material and thickness for esQmaQon

purpose.

Exposure to Oil & Gas speci caQons and standards requirement like IOCL HPCL BPCL

OIL GAIL and having worked with Engineering consultants Like EIL Technip TCS Wood

etc.

Should be able to go through Client requirements and provide necessary soluQons.

ParQcipaQon in Client meeQngs and meet the project requirements.

ParQcipate and develop planning and schedule for documents submissions. Periodical

review of the status of documents and make backup plans.

Provide the support to site and fabricaQon works for any construcQon related issues.

Issuing good for construcQon drawings to site and monitor progress of works as per the

plans

Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.

Contributes to team e ort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Added advantage having experience in design and detail engineering of Boilers Water

and Thermic Fluid Heaters.
