Our team is looking for the Design Lead/Brand Manager to join a fintech startup enabling and increasing financial inclusion in emerging markets through technology.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives. This includes setting design goals creating design standards and ensuring consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• UX/UI Design: Lead the UX/UI design process for digital banking and payment solutions including wireframing prototyping and user testing. Ensure that the user experience is intuitive efficient and enjoyable for customers.
• Brand Design: Lead the brand design process for the digital bank and payment system including brand identity visual design and brand guidelines. Ensure that the brand design is consistent across all digital products and platforms.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that enable efficient and consistent design across all digital products and platforms. This includes creating reusable components design patterns and style guides.
• Design Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Use data and insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive innovation.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming design team. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.
• Crossfunctional collaboration: Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business and technical requirements. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors that provide design services. Ensure that these vendors are meeting the companys requirements and delivering highquality design work.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in design humancomputer interaction or a related field. Masters degree preferred;
• 10 years of experience in design with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
• Experience in UX/UI design product design and brand design for digital products and platforms preferably in the banking or financial services industry;
• Strong understanding of design principles design systems and design thinking;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment;
• Willingness to relocate to Tashkent for the role;
• Fluent Russian is a must;
