What Youll Do: As our Pediatric Dental Insurance Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from scheduling appointments to processing insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively with patients parents and our dental team to coordinate appointments and address insurancerelated inquiries.
• Utilizing practice management software preferably OPEN DENTAL to efficiently manage patient records and insurance billing.
• Demonstrating techsavviness and staying updated on industry trends to streamline processes and enhance patient care.
• Offering a warm and welcoming presence to everyone who walks through our doors embodying our commitment to providing exceptional care.

What Were Looking For: Were seeking an experienced individual who possesses the following qualities:

1. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people of all ages.
2. Proficiency with practice management software particularly OPEN DENTAL and a solid understanding of insurance dentistry.
3. Techsavvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
4. Flexibility to work on Tuesdays Saturdays and 12 Sundays with the potential for additional hours or fulltime status for the right candidate.
5. Prior experience as an insurance coordinator in a PPO practice is highly preferred.
