Job Description:
Working as part of the Data Governance team, and a member of the Enterprise Architecture and Data (EA&D) in Business Technology, you are a hands-on leader of enterprise data governance and master data management program. You are responsible for the development of enterprise data policies, standards, and data processes to enable business teams to leverage data as a strategic asset while maintaining its integrity and quality. In this role, your primary focus is on data governance and operationalization of master data management of Customer Entitlement, a critical data domain that supports Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product teams with entitlement information of the customer base.

Minimum Qualifications:
B.S., M.S. in Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related area
10+ years of related and progressive experience in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality management
Strong track record of execution in master data management initiatives and core data management practices
Strong track record of creation and maintenance of data policies and alignment with business data processes
Strong track record of managing metadata tool to grow and maintain data catalogs, data quality index and dashboards
Experience and deep knowledge of SaaS business, especially order2cash business process, and Customer entitlement data domain
Experience and deep knowledge of ERP systems, such as Salesforce, Workday, Apttus, etc.
Outstanding business engagement and communications skill to influence stakeholders in business decision making
Excellent problem-solving skills involving complex and ambiguous issues
Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of executing on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment working with cross functional teams
