Are you a fast typer with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with data and ensuring accuracy? Were looking for a talented Data Assistant to join our team!
As our Data Assistant, youll play a crucial role in managing information for our company. Youll enter new information into our system, update outdated data, and review documents and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Youll need to be meticulous and detail-oriented, as well also rely on you to track data and create reports.
Aside from data management, youll also assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Youll be a valuable member of our team, and your contributions will help us run smoothly.
To qualify for this role, youll need a high school diploma or GED certificate, as well as familiarity with basic computer programs, including Excel. Prior experience in data entry or processing is a plus, but not required. Youll also need to have the ability to scan and fax documents, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team Work on special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned
