David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They areseeking to onboard a Dutchspeaking Customer Support Advisorto join their teams in Greece tosupport a project related to tourism.

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: At the office inAthens Greece Hybrid after the 3rd month based on performance

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle allincoming contacts from customers through phone and email also in English
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools processesand/or methodsto ensure the provision ofaccurate valid and complete information
• Use opportunities to upsell
• Make sure that great levels of client service isdelivered at all times and ensurea positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• C2 levelof Dutch language and C1 English both oral and written
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
