Tasks

Tiger Rentals is looking for a friendly and customeroriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will ensure that they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.

Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Processing orders returns and exchanges.

Providing product recommendations and information to customers.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
