- Carrying out the effective handling of customer requests/inquiries related to consumer products and services.
- Ensuring optimum customer satisfaction by providing them with sufficient information and guidance to most efficient service channel.
Key Roles:
- Welcome and orient all customers by handling their requests and inquiries in the most professional manner.
- Manage the branch queue by migrating customers to the various channels (ATM, Hala Arabi, Arabi Online, etc.).
- Check walking customers' requests, answer & resolve their related issues in a timely manner.
