Coworking Space and Community Coordinator

Infinite Lambda is a specialist data and cloud engineering company. Our headquarters is in London and we have distributed teams in France, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Italy and Vietnam.

We are about to launch Lambda Space, our first coworking space to connect talented people in tech and offer a wholesome environment to nurture fresh ideas in Plovdiv.

Tasks

We have always been keen on sharing the exclusive knowledge that lies with us and contribute to a strong and wholesome tech community. To this end, we are about to open Lambda Space, our very first coworking space to offer a cosy nook to talented people in tech.

It is a widely recognised truth that digital gurus best ideas are powered by wholesome experiences and excellent coffee. We now need your help to provide the former and promise a continuous supply of the latter to keep your creative mindset up and running.

We are looking for a person that is both creative and business-savvy and we are going to nurture both sides of their character.

The pragmatic bit of your role will have you:

Welcome and onboard new Lambda Space members;

• Make sure the place is well maintained;
• Do daily troubleshooting for WiFi, equipment and facilities;
• Manage supplies and liaise with vendors;
• Communicate with prospects in-person and online;
• Handle paperwork, such as invoices, contracts and reports.

The creative share of your role will have you:

Plan, prepare and execute events;

• Work with the marketing and branding team to manage communications;
• Consider and encourage sustainability on the premises;
• Come up with fresh ideas to promote the Lambda Space experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian; impeccable Bulgarian grammar and spelling;
• Flair for digital and tech;
• Passion for networking;
• Dazzling organisation skills and attention to detail when handling paperwork;
• Appreciated: experience creating content for social media;
• A must: being an amicable person who is ready to help.
