- Managing and following up all SME accounts.
- Participate in the promotion and development of the company's offerings and their use through this sales channel
- setting goals for short and long term periods in maintaining and strengthening the professional relationship with representatives of SMEs and developing the use of Value Added Services.
- Follow up of institutions and companies to ensure the efficiency and quality of services according to each account.
- Providing assistance for any complaints or problems with the quality of services related to accounts and working to solve these problems as soon as possible.
