On behalf of our client a well-established International FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a high calibre Corporate Administrator.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Involved in record keeping and administration duties such as preparation of Minutes/Resolutions/Invoicing/ Power of Attorneys
  • Communicate with local and international banks, preparation of relevant documents and forms for submission to banks
  • Arrange for documents to be executed, certified and/or apostilled
  • Review of various corporate agreements and arrange for execution by the Directors of the Group Companies
  • Undertake any translation assignments
  • Process of primary documents and enter the information into the database
  • Organize board meetings. Attend board meetings and keep minutes
  • Work with the Registrar of Companies; prepare and submitting necessary forms for corporate changes, obtaining certificates
  • Provide administrative support to the management and other senior staff when necessary
  • Undertake general office administration duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
  • Undertake printing, scanning, organizing, recording, and distributing documents



Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies. A BA in Business Administration or relevant Degree will be considered as a plus
  • At least two years previous corporate administration and/or secretarial experience
  • Fluent in English and Russian language. Greek language will be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus corporate procedures will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills. Able to multitask and prioritize
  • High attention to detail
  • Responsible, service-minded, positive and team player
  • Tech Savvy, with advance competence in Microsoft Office Tools
