Senior Intercompany Transactions Specialist(Hybrid Position)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Intercompany Transactions Specialist. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to intercompany transactions and providing support to our service providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for new services for service providers including the creation of billing keys and recipient information;
• Calculate transfer prices for new services and communicate them to service recipients;
• Verify the existence of intercompany service contracts and supplement them as necessary. If contracts are not available assist in their creation;
• Maintain servicerelated master data in SAP such as materials metrics prices internal orders and intracompany logistic view;
• Determine monthly transfer values for intercompany transactions;
• Create review and import text files containing statistical metrics;
• Verify and initiate the intercompany transaction charging preview resolving any error messages that may arise;
• Audit booking processes and invoice generation;
• Address inquiries related to provided services;
• Attach relevant documents to orders;
• Process other intercompany transactions through Sales and Distribution (SD) module;
• Calculate planned transfer values including updating prices in SAP;
• Review incoming invoices (no invoice approval process in place bookings are automated);
• Address inquiries related to received services;
• Prepare and generate intercompany transaction reports;
• Prepare documentation for transfer prices including all necessary attachments;
• Document intercompany pricing methodology (with international implications);
• Analyze and evaluate intercompany transactions during audits;
• Provide support to other entities throughout the entire intercompany transaction process;
• Perform other tasks and processes related to intercompany charging as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field;
• 5 years of experience in intercompany transactions with a strong focus on technical SAP skills;
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems with a solid understanding of relevant modules (. FI/CO SD) and associated functionalities;
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage technical SAP skills for data analysis and decisionmaking;
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capability to explain complex SAP concepts to stakeholders;
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in utilizing SAP systems for intercompany processes;
