The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. Weve found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

A Typical Day:

Job Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
- Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
