Commercial Line Account Manager

Position Overview: As a Commercial Line Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our clients commercial insurance client base. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring the clients receive topnotch service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  
• Conduct annual policy reviews and proactively identify opportunities for coverage enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to provide clients with comprehensive insurance solutions.
  
• Respond to client inquiries resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and colleagues.
  
• Stay current on industry trends regulations and market conditions to serve clients better.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  
• Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Insurance licenses and certifications (e.g. CIC CPCU) are a plus.
