We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Day Care Oncology for our Hospital client in Dublin. Fulltime/Permanent contract
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
- Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients care.
- Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
- It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the NMBIs general division of the nurse registry.
- Possess at least two years of experience working in an acute setting after registering.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Oncology or its equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of one years experience in management.
- Accomplished a management training course.
