We are Hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I Theatre Department PACU/Anaesthetics for our Hospital client in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
- The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership nursing management and continuous professional development in area of responsibility
- The CNM1 will be designated to take charge within a speciality in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility for that speciality.
- participate and encourage the development of a research based nursing practice within the area.
- encourage and facilitate staff innovation in nursing practice.
- Provide a quality learning environment for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing staff within the perioperative environment.
- Assist in implementing staff development programmes.
Requirements
- Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI PIN (essential)
- Have a minimum of 1 year management experience (desirable)
- Have a recognised qualification or experience within the speciality (desirable)
- Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
- Have proven clinical and professional ability
- Have 35 years post registration experience in an acute setting (essential)
