We are Hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I MAU for our Hospital client in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Directing and organizing the units daily patient care operations is part of the job description.
- To meet the needs of patient care effectively detailed studies of workloads and skill requirements must be conducted.
- Assess staff members competencies and delegate patient care responsibilities appropriately.
- Understanding the hospitals protocols
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the NMBIs general division of the nurse registry.
- Possess at least three years of experience working in an acute setting after registering.
- Possess a minimum of one years experience in management (recommended)
- Accomplished a management training course (preferred)
- Possess the capacity to interact with employees at various organizational levels
- Demonstrate a dedication to ongoing professional growth.
- Possess a track record of performing well under duress.
