We are currently working with an Investment Management firm who are looking to add a Client Profile and Information Management Administrator to their team. As part of the team you will ensure the firms clients receive excellent service when opening an account.
Role Duties Include:
- Input Investor Profiles liaise with Wealth Management teams.
- Guarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines Client Asset Regulations AML Regulations and Internal procedures.
- Ensure clients are given access to online services.
- Ensure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion.
- Maintain input and rejection stats.
Requirements
- Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite particularly MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
