Civil engineers shall have relevant education background with the assigned discipline, and shall have Bachelor Degree minimum. A civil engineer with at least 8 years of practical experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry, with a broad background in production projects. The candidate who has experience in design of foundations of large equipment, supports for pipes and design / selection of other civil materials is preferred.

The candidate shall be conversant with civil international standards and good engineering practices. A knowledge of using civil software are required. The candidate who is able to perform complex and extensive calculations on civil designing software is preferred.

The candidate shall be able to carry out the following activities:

1- Prepare design basis

2- Carry out technical evaluation of bids.

3- Prepare tender specifications

4- Review vendor/contractors documents.

• Bachelor s degree minimum
  
• Must have more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry
  
• At least 10 years of project management experience in relating design project
  
• At least 5 years of oversea project experience.
  
• Good English Skills Speaking, Reading and Writing
  
• Must have good skills of speaking Mandarin Chinese
