Chief Financial Officer, CFO, NJ

Serve as the chief strategist for UNT Softwares fundraising efforts and craft annual and long-term fundraising objectives that will advance the organizations 3- and 5- year strategic plan.

Develop and execute immediate- and long-term fundraising plans to expand revenue goals with a laser sharp focus on new donor acquisition,
recurring revenue, and diversifying funding sources;

Responsible for budgeting and capital allocation decisions based on a detailed understanding of value drivers of the business.
Assist the CEO to develop and implement financial plans.

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge in accounting and tax preparation software (including QuickBooks,
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Education and Experience:

Previous working experience as CFO for 4 years

BA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent required.

Experience working with high-growth startups strongly preferred

Industry expertise: software experience desired

Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
E-commerce, fintech, and/or other tech industry experience.
Must be detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Comfort with technology and software solutions to manage large volumes of data and communication methods.
Must have excellent management and supervisory skills.

Must be able to lead through influence and have the highest ethical standards.

Must possess qualities supporting the company values of drive, teamwork, caring and integrity.

Work in close partnership with the CEO

Collaborate with the CEO to translate programmatic and policy efforts into creative, impactful appeals to prospective funders;
