Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to patients including bathing dressing and grooming

Assist with daily activities such as eating walking and toileting

Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

Document patient care and observations accurately and in a timely manner

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Adhere to all healthcare policies procedures and regulations

Requirements:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting

Current CPR certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate and patientfocused attitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
