Title: Business Systems Analyst

Note: This is a remote opportunity.
Job Description
Assigned Personnel to provide support for the Judicial Branch s data analytics and jury pilot programs.
The Analyst will create and execute business processes to track and issue reimbursements to courts for the jury pilot program and will create reports dashboards and analytics to measure program progress and expenditures for data analytics programs.
Required Skills
- Excellent math and accounting skills
- High degree of technical proficiency in Excel
- Ability to create reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Excellent oral written analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical discussion with both technical and nontechnical staff.
- Excellent analytical verbal and conflict resolution skills
Desired Skills
- Experience in government (State) setting

Minimum 12 years of experience in a technical and/or business application, product, platform, or methodology. Experience designing secure networks, systems, and applications with a focus on security, performance, and reliability. Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures. Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems. Demonstrate a sound understanding in the implementation of cybersecurity trends, security methodologies, and OSI model; TCP/IP stack Desired Skills: One or more relevant information security and/or networking certifications such as: CISSP, Security+, Network+, CCNA, PCNSE Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
