About the Role:
-Nurture & build strong relationships with potential clients, positioning Straightpixel as a partner of choice for their technology/digital initiatives.
-Create and execute key account plans & business development programs to generate a pipeline of new clients and engagements from the Philippines Market.
-Achieve revenue targets & bring in key account logos.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Pre-Sales & Marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate passion and leadership in generating new business for Straightpixel, with a special focus on the Philippines market.
Mine, build and maintain strategic long-term, value-based relationships with potential client partners.
-Identify and convert new target accounts, build the foundation for long-term, value-based larger relationships.
-Drive offshoring model as an integral part of the delivery mechanism.
A consultative approach to winning over customers & prospects confidence-trust.
-Building large engagement opportunities will be an important driver.
-The candidate will play an end-to-end sales role right from demand/lead generation (with support from Inside Sales Teams) to closure(with support from tech & pre-sales teams) and will be responsible for acquiring new engagements/clients.
-Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline via cold-calling, one-to-one email communications, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sales methods.
-Contribute to strategic planning and execution of all business development activities, marketing in the given area.
-Understand the business requirements, upcoming projects and proactively scout for new projects with new clients.
-Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
Must Have:
-Proven end-to-end sales experience in various revenue-generating roles specifically from consulting and outsourced product development segment.
-Experience with Philippines Market.
-Technology and consulting expertise with the ability to positively drive business value
-Decisive and experienced in selling premium consulting and product engineering services.
-Excellent English. conversational and written communication skills.
Track record of winning enterprise segments & high-growth startups by leveraging consultative selling approach.
Qualification:
-Graduate / Post-Graduate having 2-4 years of experience in selling consulting, staffing and product engineering services, preferably working with an IT services company.
