This is a remote position.

Position Title: Business Development Representative
Work Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 11:00PM 07:30AM PHT
Salary: Php 40000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

They take security seriously and encrypt all data in transit and at rest by using industry best practices and security standards. Also keep data encrypted on disk and if AWS is hacked the data will be locked and inaccessible.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The responsibilities of a Business Development Representative include prospecting for positive engagement opportunities for the company and nurturing opportunity progress with both new and existing customers. The Business Development Representative will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of the customers.


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative would be:

Endtoend sales client onboarding and client management focus
Will act as the account manager and support etc.
Make phone calls set appointments and followups.
Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
Seek new business opportunities.
Keep updated about the latest business trends.
Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
Initiating contact with potential customers through coldcalling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
Arranging inperson meetings emails or phone calls.
Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
Performing regular followup calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
Actively contribute to the knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
Ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications as a Business Development Representative:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1year work experience in sales customer service appointment setting or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
Strong and good communication skill is a must.
Expertise in CRM (HubSpot experience is preferred)
Strong computer skills including MS Office marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics Google AdWords etc.)
Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal networking and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
Requisite skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
Excellent listening and customer service skills and phone demeanor.
Proactive coachable and wellorganized.
