Description:

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders. As part of an Agile team a business analyst may take on the agile role of product owner on a Scrum team or participate as an active business analyst on an Agile Delivery project.
• CRM specific: Work with the business to collect requirements and document in the ATP tool. Utilize the CRM Teams site to centralize documentation and encourage collaboration. Communicate new information with the team to enhance transparency. Capture followups and quickly identify resolution. Escalate blockers to Scrum Master PO or Manager to accelerate delivery.

Summary of Role:

• Senior level professional position. Accountable for more complex responsibilities with minimal supervision. Serves as a resource to others.
• CRM specific: Own the requirements and translate this to the development team so they can build working software. Build relationships with the business to understand their needs and capture in documentation and diagrams. Ability to communicate with business and technology. Ability to demonstrate salesforce scope and speak to the requirements captured from the business. Participate in agile SAFe sessions to plan for future sprints. Innovate to mature best practices.

Skill Requirements :

• Complete working knowledge and skill with ability to be fully proficient in professional field. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field plus 5 years of work experience beyond degree.
• CRM specific: Selfstarter maintain business relationships problem solver technically savvy document requirements facilitate meetings inspect and adapt to improve delivery.
• Nice to have Health Cloud.

• CRM specific: CRM is a multiyear initiative to implement a new Salesforce ecosystem integrated with Medicas existing platforms. The goal is to eliminate multiple disparate systems and consolidate into a new Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud instance in Salesforce. The Business Analyst will investigate the business needs to accomplish the CRM objectives and translate those through to delivery.
