Responsibilities:

Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTO

Conduct prior art and freedomtooperate searches for patentability and freedomtooperate analysis

Draft highquality U.S. patent applications

Be an integral member of the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growth

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a Biologyrelated PhD

Must be eligible for USPTO admissions

Superior academic credentials required

Outstanding writing ability is required

2 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications which may include molecular and cellular biology Genetics and/or Immunology.

Anticipated Base Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range is $per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to specific qualifications jobrelated skills and relevant experience.
