Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and administering personalized Panchakarma treatment plans
• Performing Ayurvedic consultations and assessments
• Conducting Panchakarma procedures such as Abhyanga Swedana and Basti
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Providing dietary and lifestyle advice based on Ayurvedic principles
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in Panchakarma therapy rooms
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatments
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Adhering to regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Completed BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree
• Postgraduation in MD (Doctor of Medicine) with a specialization in Panchakarma
• Valid state license to practice Ayurvedic medicine in Delhi
• Proven experience in providing Panchakarma therapies
• Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Empathy and compassion for patients wellbeing
• Attention to detail and strong recordkeeping skills
