Position Auditor Supplier Product Quality

Job Description:
- you evaluate suppliers capability performance and potential in several aspects based on a risk management approach by auditing suppliers.
- Main area of responsibility is to support within North America.
- As an auditor you will coach the supplier together with QULITY DEPT on making risk mitigation plans.
- Most of the time the job consists of evaluating suppliers and identifying weaknesses gaps and potential risks through application of different tools such as Supplier Evaluation Model (SEM) for Automotive purchasing which is a system audit.
- Calibration of existing lead auditors within the QULITY DEPT organization is also an important task for the CUSTOMER auditor by sharing best practices to secure a fact based and robust output from the audits which will be an input for sourcing decisions.
- The CUSTOMER auditor will present audit reports and upload them to the system.
- This is a senior position which means we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge that can support and help to develop our suppliers and the team.
- Frequent travels (34 times per month).
- Preferred bachelors in engineering or 5 years of technical experience needed (extensive experience and strong performance can substitute for academic degree).
- Audit skills and good knowledge of ISO 19011.
- Uses structured approach with good analytical skills and logical thinking strong problemsolving abilities.
- Strong continuous improvement skills.
- Experience from various production processes.
- Sustainability minded.
- Good English communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preventive mind set with leadership to solve problems and to make decisions.
- Ability to create networks and to lead cross functional activities within multicultural teams.
- Can work with significant independence but is also a team player.
