Associate IT Engineer

In this unique position you will be responsible for a blend of technical and administrative duties ensuring the smooth operation of both our IT infrastructure and HR processes.

What will you do:

• IT Administration:
  

• Manage and maintain the companys network infrastructure including internet connectivity routers and firewalls.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and internet connectivity issues.
  

• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets including hardware software and licenses.
  

• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for IT equipment.
  

• HR Administration:
  

• Manage company laptops including deployment configuration and troubleshooting.
  

• Address employee grievances and concerns related to assets accesses et cetera.
  

• Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  

• Assist HR admin tasks.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Networking or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration.
  

• Experience with HR administrative tasks is a plus.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  

• Working knowledge of network administration principles.

Promoter Profile

Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14 years of working with various banks HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq he was the cofounder of Qriyo India s first managed home tuition app.
