  • Develop and configure in Dynamics 365 and have programmed interfaces which are customized.
  • Handle sFTP APIs batch jobs database and infrastructure.
  • Provide L1& L2 support for the incidents on MSDynamics 365.
  • Understand software requirements.

  • Provide L1& L2 support for the incidents on MSDynamics 365.
  • Understand analyse and develop complex test data sets for testing.
  • Suggest improvements on the workflows objects reports etc.
  • Adhere to the defined and agreed support SLAs of the project.
  • Monitor the staging and production system performance and take necessary steps in case of any variance.
  • Manage all deliverables version such as documents codes configuration etc. provide version management tools.
  • Prepare and present reports.
  • Collating and monitoring the incident management process.
  • Managing the changes by working with relevant stakeholders.
  • Improved quality and productivity of output
  • Communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders direct manager and peers to develop the correct solutions.
  • Gain broader proficiency for the product and demonstrate ability to contribute to forward direction.
  • Implement or adhere to coding standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic.
  • Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)


Requirements

  • Candidates should have a B.E./BTech/MCA in Information Systems Computer Science or related fields.
  • Candidates should have 45 years banking industry support and development experience and understand full lifecycle of development and BAU support from Beijing China.
  • Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft D365 CRM marketing and Sale module related knowledge and be able to analysis new business requirement.
  • Candidates should have capabilities of development and configuration in CRM and have programmed interfaces which are customized for the client.
  • Have support experience on applications mentioned as below or similar application such as sFTP API batch jobs database and infrastructure etc.
  • Candidates should be able to fluently communicate with IT and business stakeholders in English.
  • Candidates can independently interact with client stakeholders for requirements and feedback.
  • Should have good knowledge on rest API s.
  • Should have good experience of Database technologies like SQL server MySQL etc.
  • Should have good experience on configuration management version control etc.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in requirements and learn new tools and practices where needed.
  • Proven ability to describe understand how one s work fits into the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision yet integrate appropriately with the Implementation Services team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good to have Banking Services knowledge.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thoughts.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a changing environment
