As an Associate in Contract Administration you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by managing and administering contracts and project documentation. This role requires a detailoriented and organized individual who can effectively coordinate between various departments and clients to ensure contractual compliance accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain and update contract databases and documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance identifying and addressing any compliance issues or deviations from contract terms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract administration policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients regarding contractrelated matters acting as a primary point of contact for contract inquiries.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status compliance expiration and other key metrics for management review.
  • Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and participate in negotiations as needed.
  • Assist clients with organizing contract documents ensuring proper management and accessibility of critical information.
  • Support project management activities including planning execution monitoring and closing phases to align with contractual obligations.
  • Implement and maintain a robust file organization system for digital contract documents ensuring ease of retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) tracking.
  • Develop and manage a system for tracking contract expiration and renewal dates.
  • Conduct regular contract audits.
  • Develop and implement robust reporting systems for contract management providing insights and analytics to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of contract administration with other business processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract terminology structure and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong understanding of contract terminology, structure, and lifecycle management. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
