Requirements

• Matric
• Previous Telcom work: Preferred
• Advanced excel: Preferred
• Retail operations: Preferred but not required
• Managerial: Minimum 1 year managerial experience Does not have to be in cellular
• Experience in sales

Responsibilities

• New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
• Sim swaps and handling customer queries
• Fiber sales
• Meet and exceed all sales targets
• Identify clients needs and respond to them
• Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience
