- Review project’ workplans on monthly base, verifying coherence with set objectives, methodologies and chronogram, and suggesting adjustments if needed.
- Facilitate the communication and coordination between CISP office, the team of Burj AlLuqLuq and the team of the Old City Youth Association.
- Closely monitor the day-to-day project’ implementation, by frequent presence in the two community centers where the activities take place. Compile monthly narrative reports, including description of quantitative and qualitative achievements against targets.
- Overlook the timely collection of activities’ documentation from the partners. Verify and implement necessary steps to ensure the documentation’ completeness and accuracy.
- On monthly base, lead focus groups, surveys, interviews etc. with the beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders, for assessment of the quality of services provided, and evaluation of impact. Analyze the collected data and communicate results by compiling M&E reports according to logframe’ indicators.
