Assistant Nurse Managers in Santa Rosa work 32hour workweeks direct reports. Line staff techs and bedside RNs report to the Assistant RN Manager (ANM) ANM has responsibility for: supervising schedules care given during each shift responding to patient family concerns working with hospital admit team ANMs report to Unit Manager who reports to Director
