We are Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing For a leading nursing home in Cork Ireland.
Permanent / FullTime
Responsibilities
- In charge of the clinical operations of the facility the Assistant Director of Nursing will lead teams to establish an environment where people may thrive and ensure that excellent personcentered care is provided.
- A supporting team both locally and throughout the larger organization will enable the chosen applicant to manage improve and influence the care delivery at the Nursing home. This is an amazing career opportunity.
- You will manage within authorized resources possess outstanding interpersonal organizational and communication skills and provide both strategic and operational leadership.
Requirements
- Hold complete registration with Irelands Nursing and Midwifery Board.
- Possess a minimum of three years worth of postregistration experience caring for senior citizens throughout the preceding six years.
- Possess at least three years worth of managerial experience in health and social care.
- Own a postregistration management degree in health or a similar subject or be prepared to pursue one
- While not necessary a further diploma in gerontology or a management degree is preferred.
- Show off your excellent leadership abilities.
