- Work with program coordinators in the center to ensure that activities are implemented with quality and effectiveness and in line with the center's directions and standards.
- Managing the center's front office, receiving auditors and answering their inquiries.
- Management of center facilities, use/rent of halls and general maintenance.
- Coordinating the dates of meetings and meetings for the administrative team in the center.
- Technical follow-up with the Computer and Communications Center.
- Providing support and backing to the accounting office by documenting invoices and receipts.
- Managing the center’s custody of supplies, stationery, appliances and furniture.
- Managing the center's purchases of supplies and stationery.
- Print and archive training certificates issued by the center.
- Providing assistance to the center's team as necessary, according to any tasks requested by the direct supervisor.
- Carrying out any additional tasks within the field of work requested by the direct supervisor.
