Roles and Responsibility
Responsible for system development related to smallscale projects assigned to the position. Specifically you are responsible for the system configuration for the value to be realized in the smallscale project whether the performance and usability of the system is pleasant for the customer whether a high quality system with few bugs is provided and how to achieve these goals. You are responsible for the systems performance usability and quality.
The position will be responsible for the development of small projects as assigned or large and medium scale projects under the development leader. The process is to determine the capacity to develop each month decide on the projects to be developed against that capacity and then decide on assignments based on the wishes of each engineer and the direction of his or her growth. After that the normal flow is to actually develop the project after a kickoff meeting with the people involved in the project.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team development.
- Experience with at least one of the following. (Multiple experiences are welcome.)
- Experience in building a development environment using frontend frameworks such as React and Vue.js or experience in similar development.
Note: You do not have to have more than 2 years of experience with each of React and Vue.js. The total is 2 years.
- Experience in building a development environment using backend frameworks or experience in similar development.
- Experience in implementing various automated processes using CI etc.
- Experience in building and operating environments using public clouds such as AWS.
- Experience in building a development environment using frontend frameworks such as React and Vue.js or experience in similar development.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience developing applications in node.js for both business and personal use
- Experience in development using frontend frameworks
- Experience in designing business systems
- Experience in iOS and Android application development
- Experience in AWS server operation
