We are seeking a talented APIHUB and SOA Applications Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide first and secondlevel support for incidents and service requests related to APIHUB and SOA applications ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and secondlevel support for incidents and service requests related to APIHUB and SOA applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the health and performance of APIHUB and SOA applications proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates patches and system optimizations.
• Maintain uptodate documentation for APIHUB and SOA application configurations known issues and troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop and update support documentation for endusers.
• Collaborate with development teams and other IT stakeholders to understand new features enhancements and changes to APIHUB and SOA applications.
• Participate in knowledgesharing sessions to enhance overall support capabilities.
