Japan AI is planning to rapidly expand its business in the coming years. In line with this growth we are seeking a capable individual to lead product development during our startup phase.

As a dedicated Product Manager (PdM) you will tackle various tasks including:

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Conducting sales interviews acquiring client projects and creating sales scripts.
  • Planning requirements gathering and project prioritization (working in collaboration with the EM for Scrumrelated work hours and progress tracking).
  • Planning for proprietary product development (with a longterm roadmap in mind).
  • Expanding the reach of our proprietary products.

Short Term

• Understanding the specifications of existing products.
• Capturing the demands of the business team.
• Creating PRD (Product Requirements Document) and requirement definitions.
• Advancing project progress.
• Collaborating with the CEO to plan and propose product strategies.
• Creating internal reports.
• Conducting customer interviews for productmarket fit validation.

Medium to Long Term

• Creating a medium to longterm product roadmap.
• Providing guidance to the entire product development team taking the lead in product development.
• Developing a business plan for the product.

We are looking for individuals who can help us solve all the business and technical challenges that arise as we strive to lead the world from Japan in the utilization of AI.

• Demonstrated experience in driving product development as a Product Manager or Project Owner.
• Possession of certifications or equivalent knowledge in Public Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Associate) or similar qualifications.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers test engineers infrastructure teams and designers to create services.
• Strong leadership skills to rally and drive a team excellent communication skills and the ability to make datainformed decisions.

• Experience in maintaining and improving existing product operations used by a substantial user base.
• Experience in driving B2B (businesstobusiness) product development.
• Background in consulting and business development.
• Proficiency in development using languages like Python and TypeScript.
• Knowledge and expertise in Generative AI and Transformer models.
