Affiliate Manager

Our Client is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager for their offices in Gibraltar.

Tasks

• Search and attraction of new partners through various channels: Telegram, LinkedIn, forums, specialised search.
• Analysis and processing of incoming requests from webmasters
• Affiliate program management (keeping statistics, communicating with clients, resolving issues);
• Daily support of partners, issuing recommendations on new campaigns, providing feedback on performance indicators;
• Monitoring partner activity, analysing indicators, identifying areas for improvement and recommending ways to improve partners' performance;
• Financial reconciliation with partners, control of payments.
• Reporting on the relevant program indicators, such as: the number of partners in the affiliate program, conversion rates, the number of conversions created per partner, etc.
• Participation in exhibitions, conferences, meet-ups and other offline activities

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as an Affiliate manager
• Understanding of modern trends in traffic lead generation
• Excellent communication skills, and literacy.
• Fluent English and Spanish
