PROLIM () is currently seeking Administration Generalist 2 for one of our top Client for Location Newport News VA

Job description:
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
Recommends interprets and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance human resources purchasing research and development.
May prepare budgeting project scheduling and statistical reports as required.
3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters
Special Requirements
Cashflow reporting on major facility projects Invoice Management for major facility projects support major project functions including but not limited to close out documentation for projects administering purchase order development for project teams administrative and financial tasks supporting project management.
SAP experience preferred Financial/business background preferred and Project Management background preferred.
*Position will be 100% in person for the first several months but flexibility for hybrid option is negotiable with the hiring manager.*
